There is no image without observation, but the image is a story, a narrative, and that's why I want to narrate with images, through images.

For me, Sophocles is the ancient becoming modern in the dramatic historical period we live in.

Sophocles is a traveler in time and space, the protagonist of a quest with the "task" of combining and experimenting with modern technique and technology with ancient artistic techniques such as engraving and cyanotype. Ancient techniques that fascinate because the finished product always surprises you. You never know what it will be like.

Sophocles is also a wayfarer as well as a modern traveler in time and space who enjoys narrating beauty, or at least tries to.

He thus seeks to transcend the boundaries of technique and the peculiarities of engraving and cyanotype, adapting them to the new means of communication of modern graphic arts, seeking to combine practice and technique in a continuous dialectical representation shared with modern artistic languages.

sofocle, fromm & Aeolus (aeolus) are the nicknames of the traveller: a wayfarer, of today, in time and space.
